We are currently asking our customers to call the store at least an hour prior to arrival when you have ten or more items to pick up. We will pre pull your items prior to your arrival. We are unable to accept pre pull requests made one hour before closing.

● Please email the day before or call the morning of for a prepull if you have over 15 items to pick up. It saves everyone time!
We are the busiest on Fridays and Saturdays. Please give us a heads up if you have 15 or more items on a Friday or Saturday, especially if you will be arriving within 30 minutes of our closing time.

● Any bidder who arrives to pay/pick up within 10 minutes of our closing time may be turned away if there is a line and/or they have not called ahead. We are technically open until 5:00pm on weekdays and 3:00pm on Saturdays but will stop taking new customers 15 minutes before closing.

● Whether you're a new bidder or just adding a new credit card; online payments with credit cards are accepted only after the credit card has been manually authorized by BIDRL.COM.  To authorize a credit card for online payment, bring the card and a matching valid photo ID to the BIDRL.COM location you are purchasing from and we will be able to help you. Most people do this the first time they come to pick something up.

● Only the account owner can pick up their invoice items. ● All vehicles must park in designated spots. There is no driveway parking. Vehicles with trailers, box trucks or oversize vans may park sideways in the spots against the building, provided they do not block the crosshatch area in front of our roll-up doors and do not block the fire lane.

● Any bidder or customer with a disability of any kind will always be accommodated to the best of our ability. We have ADA compliant parking spaces, flat surfaces and clear walkways, chairs to sit in, etc. and if you are unable to walk into the facility or carry your items please feel free to call us and inform us you need additional accommodation; such as curb service.

● Elk Grove BidRL staff is not required and not always able to help lift or load large/heavy items.
Customers are responsible for bringing help to load and lift their items.

● Stock photos are used for illustration and informational purposes only, and are not a guarantee of condition, completeness or correct color.

●  What is previewing?

Previewing means coming to the auction house to personally inspect an item prior to bidding on it. This can include testing functionality, checking for parts, evaluating the cosmetic condition, etc. If you have a question about an item, you should come in to look at the item in order to determine its value to you. We do not preview anything for you over the phone or via email. All inspections must be made in person. If you do not preview an item you are assuming the risk that the item may be missing pieces, have broken parts, or not be functional. All previews are limited to 15 minutes / 5 items and must have lot numbers written out on a note paper or note on cellular phone to help make your experience faster and effective. We do not do previews during the last half hour of the day or on Saturdays. Please bid accordingly.

All items are sold "As Is - Where Is".  This means that while a vast majority of items are new, like new, lightly used or cosmetically damaged, it is possible that some items are damaged, broken and/or inoperable.  We do our best to show the condition of each item in pictures and descriptions, and will show damage if we see it, but we do not test items and therefore do not always know the items condition.  If you have not taken the opportunity to preview an item in person prior to bidding and will be bidding on that item based on an assumption of the item's condition, please assume the item is broken unless we specifically state otherwise.

We do not ship.  All items must be picked up in person by the person who bid on them, or a duly authorized representative.

All bidding starts at $1.00.

There are no reserve or minimum prices.  Every item sells to the highest bidder regardless of price.

Creating an account and bidding are both free of charge.  You only pay for what you win plus tax and a 13% auction premium on all items won.

You need a credit card to create an account and bid on auctions.  You will need to authorize that credit card at the facility in person before you can pay for items online.  This reduces credit card fraud and keeps you and your data safe.

As of January 2018, California State Law requires retailers to collect a $10.50 “recycle fee” on each mattress, box spring, foundation, and base sold. This recycling fee is “per piece” so if your box spring or foundation comes in two pieces, the fee will be charged for each piece. The state approved the amount of the fee, and it is not set or controlled by the retailer.

●  Any bidder arriving within 15 minutes of closing may be turned away. Please arrive early enough so that we can pull items before closing. 

●  All vehicles must park in designated spots. Parking in front of our roll-up door is limited to customers with large orders and heavy items. Vehicles may not block neighboring businesses at any time - they will have your vehicle towed at your expense!

This recycling fee is “per piece” so if your box spring or foundation comes in two pieces, the fee will be charged for each piece. The state approved the amount of the fee and it is not set or controlled by the retailer.
